Gundog HR and Development Coaching and Mentoring
All leaders and business owners should have a coach at some point in their career to make sure they stay fresh and are moving in the right direction for their overall strategy. Or it could be that they need to change the strategy to move in a new direction. We provide coaching and mentoring support packages at every level of an organisation, with sessions usually taking place every month for six months, rolling.

How does it work?
It is important that our coaches don’t solve your problems for you but encourage you to find the solution yourself! We use a range of tools and techniques in our coaching and mentoring across a range of indoor and outdoor activities to build confidence in decision making.
