We spend time ensuring we fully understand your goals, challenges, culture, people and structure, so that we can design realistic, engaging and highly effective simulation exercises.
We can call upon a team of talented and experienced actors to support the facilitators who are running the assessment or development centres. This provides a more realistic assessment for the participant, alternatively we can operate with internal employees in role play.
